For The Love Of God

Arts & Culture / 2014

An image of how corporate place money over all gives us the satiric idea of a cult and its worshippers. Aside from being an expression of annoyance, “For The Love of God” refers to money being God-like. The whole poster was weaved out of various banknotes from allover the world; Rupiah (Rp), US Dollar (US$), Paraguayan guaraní (₲), Philippine Peso(₱), Vietnamese đồng (₫) and coins for the frame. Altering the typeface Soviet, the phrase “For The Love of God” stands out in a sea of synthetic wealth
